Sandy Radmanesh is joining the team of consultants at xbo.tax GmbH.

Effective from 1 December 2025, xbo.tax GmbH is pleased to announce a notable addition to its team of consultants. Sandy Radmanesh will bolster the ranks of specialised consultants in international tax law.

As a proven expert in this field, she will provide ongoing support to clients on international matters and, at the same time, further develop selected countries and areas of consulting. In the German-American context in particular, she will leverage her experience and network to intensify cooperation and meet the growing demand for consulting services.

About Sandy Radmanesh

Sandy Radmanesh is a fully qualified lawyer and tax advisor. She has over two decades of professional experience working for leading national and international institutions. After passing her second state law examination, she worked as a lawyer at Linklaters for several years before passing her tax adviser examination. She then held positions of responsibility in the Berlin tax administration and the Federal Ministry of Finance, focusing on corporate tax law and double taxation agreements, among other things. She gained her international experience working as a consultant on international tax policy at the OECD (Centre for Tax Policy and Administration), and as a tax attaché at the German Embassy in Washington, D.C. for several years. Most recently, she worked in strategic tax policy planning and international information exchange at the Federal Ministry of Finance.

Strengthening Our Team: Claudia Fiela-Stein

We are pleased to announce that Claudia Fiela-Stein has joined xbo.tax GmbH as Executive Assistant to the Management.

In her new role, she supports the management team with organizational, administrative, and coordination tasks. Claudia Fiela-Stein serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensures that operational matters, appointments, and projects are prepared, coordinated, and implemented reliably and efficiently. In doing so, she creates valuable capacity for the strategic development of xbo.tax and for our core advisory work with clients.

Congratulations, Zeynep! Master’s Degree Successfully Completed

We warmly congratulate Zeynep Yesilyurt on successfully completing her master’s degree on August 26, 2025!

She completed the Master’s program in International Business Administration with a focus on International Tax Law at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).

Zeynep has been part of our team throughout her studies, actively supporting us as a working student. We are all the more pleased that she is now continuing with us full-time as a tax assistant.

Dr. Dino Höppner Appointed Managing Director of xbo.tax GmbH

As of June 1, 2025, Dr. Dino Höppner has taken over as Managing Director of xbo.tax GmbH. In this new role, he will be responsible for day-to-day operations and will drive the strategic development of the firm across all business areas.

His aim is to continue expanding xbo.tax as a modern, digital, and client-focused international tax consultancy – with a strong emphasis on quality and sustainable growth.

New Team Member: Zeynep Yesilyurt Joins xbo.tax as Tax Assistant

As of June 1, 2025, we are pleased to welcome Zeynep Yesilyurt as a permanent member of the xbo.tax team. She has already supported us during her studies as a committed working student – and now joins us full-time as a tax assistant.

With her expertise and the experience gained through our previous collaboration, Zeynep brings fresh ideas and valuable skills to our team. We are excited about continuing our work together and seeing her grow within the firm!

New at xbo.tax: Iosif Istakharov Joins Our Team as Tax Assistant

Since March 17, 2025, Iosif Istakharov has been part of our team. He brings with him two years of practical experience from working in a medium-sized tax consultancy in Berlin.

He completed both his bachelor's and master's studies in International Business Administration with a focus on International Tax Law at the Europa-Universität Viadrina in Frankfurt (Oder).

With his strong technical background and international perspective, he is a valuable addition to our team. We look forward to working together and warmly welcome Iosif on board!
